Abstract:
Cardiogenic sudden death occurred in four in-patients with various preoperative heart diseases in all of whom successful resuscitation was achieved. Our nursing experience was as follows: (1) Prompt recognition of the patients is the essential prerequisite of successful resuscitation; (2) The commencement of emergency rescue as soon as possible, even if the doctors are not present, is the key to save the patientts life. (3) Preparation of rescuing from time to time at ordinary times, including mentally, technically, equipmentally, etc., is the good guarantee.
