成品与自制匀浆膳对卧床患者营养状况的影响
Effect of finished homogenized diet and home-made homogenized diet on nutritional status in bedridden patients

摘要: 目的: 比较成品匀浆膳与传统自制匀浆膳对长期卧床患者营养状况的影响。方法: 选择住院患者29例,采用传统自制匀浆及成品匀浆进行鼻饲喂养,分别收集使用这两种匀浆膳患者的人体测量结果(TSF和MAC,每月测量1次)、生化检测结果(TP、ALB、G lucose、TG、TC、Ua、HDL-C、LDL-C,每月记录两次),采用自身对照研究方法,比较两种不同匀浆组各项指标的差异。结果: 29例患者在观察期内服用自制或成品匀浆均未出现腹胀、腹泻、腹痛、恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应。各项指标两组间均数比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但血清尿酸成品组低于自制组(P<0.05)。结论: 成品匀浆与自制匀浆是维持卧床患者营养状况的保证,且具有独自的特点和优势,现代化综合性医院应同时共存两种方式,配合使用,以方便患者。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of finished and home-made homogenized diets on nutritional status in bedridden patients. Methods: Twenty-nine patients were fed home-made homogenized and finished homogenized diet by nosal intra gastric tube.Triceps skinfolds(TSF) and midarm circumference(MAC) were measured every month.The serum levels of total protein(TP)、albumin(ALB)、glucose、triglyceride(TG)、cholesterol(TC)、uric acid(Ua)、high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesteriol(LDL-C)were recorded twice every month. Results: No side effects of bellyadre,diarrhea,nausea,vomitting were observed in the patients.There were no significant difference in biochemical variables but Ua in two different diets. Conclusion: Both finished and home-made homogenized diets can support the nutrional status in bedridden patients.Furthermore,both of the diets have their respective speciality in mainting nutritional status in patients.
