Abstract:
Objective: In ordr to protect the intestinal immunobarrier, Zigui granule (ZG) a complex of Chinese herbs was used to treat the burned rats.
Methods:The burned rats were randomly divided into two groups:(1)ZG treated group feded with ZG: (2)control group: feded with 0.9% salime.
Results:The levels of IgA in the intestinal content and the number of CD3 T lymphocytes in the lamina propria of the ZG groups were significantly increase (
P<0.05), and the levels of plasma MDA and LPS were significantly lower than those of the control group (
P<0.05).
Conclusion:The results indicate that ZG may protect the inteastinal immunobarrier and prevent gut-derived endotoxemia after burn injury.
