Effect of IL-6 intervention on expressions of SAA in 3T3-L1 adipocytes

  • 摘要: 目的 观察IL-6干预对3T3-L1脂肪细胞血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)表达的影响。方法 用不同浓度IL-6(0.1ng/ml,1ng/ml,10ng/ml)处理3T3-L1脂肪细胞24h、10ng/mlIL-6处理不同时间(6h、12h、24h),用ELISA技术检测各组SAA的表达。结果 TNF-a能显著促进3T3-L1脂肪细胞SAA的表达,并呈剂量和时间依赖方式。结论 IL-6可以通过促进3T3-L1脂肪细胞SAA的表达和分泌,参与胰岛素抵抗及血管并发症的形成。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of IL-6 intervention on SAA expression in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Methods 3T3-L1 adipocytes were incubated with IL-6 at different concentrations(0.1ng/ml,1ng/ml,10ng/ml)for different periods of time(6,12 and 24h).SAA expression in different groups was detected by ELISA. Results IL-6 significantly increased the expression of SAA in 3T3-L1 adipocytes in a dose-and time-dependent manner. Conclusion IL-6 participates in insulin resistance and formation of vascular complication by stimulating SAA expression and secretion in 3T3-L1 adipocytes.
