Abstract: Two hundred and forty cases of both primary pneumonia and that secondary to other diseases have been admitted into out hospital, dealt with the male 143 cases （59.6%） and female 97 cases （40.4%）. 38 cases died with a mortality rate of 15.8%. Various complications occurred in 124 cases （51.7%）, among which 76 cases （31.7%） suffered from two or more disturbances.
