人胎肝抑瘤物体外净化自体骨髓治疗急性白血病13例报告

Autologous Bone Marrow Transplantation After Purging By Low Molecular Weight Natural Tumor Suppressor in Treatment of 13 Cases of Acute Leukemia

摘要: 用人类胎肝低分子天然抑瘤物（LMW-NTS）对13例缓解期（CR）急性白血病体外净化后自体骨髓移植（ABMT）。其中ALL4例（CR₁3例,CR₂1例）,ANLL9例（CR₁7例,CR₂2例）。12例获造血重建,1例死于霉菌败血症。移植后持续缓解8例,缓解时间>12个月7例,>6个月1例。4例移植后3～6个月复发。本文对该净化方法及ABMT近期疗效进行讨论。

Abstract: 13 patients with acute leukemia （4 ALL and 9 ANLL patients） were treated by autologous bone marrow transplantation （ABMT）. Marrow grafts were previously purged by low molecular weight natural tumor suppressor （LMW-NTS）. Complete remissions resulted in 12 survival patients with ABMT after 6 months in 1, 122 months in 7 cases, and the remaining 4 cases relapsed in 3-6 months after ABMT. One patient died of marrow graft failure due to fungal septicemia on the 37th post ABMT day. The results indicated the hematopoietic recanstituts may be achived in these patients and the purging effect of LMW-NTS is encouraging us to carry further observation.
