摘要: 目的 了解护士腰椎间盘突出症的发病情况。方法 采用问卷式调查230名护士腰椎间盘突出症的情况。结果 护士腰椎间盘突出症的现患率为17.83%;年龄越大护士腰椎间盘突出症的发病率越高;干部科室的护士腰椎间盘突出症的发病率高于普通科室。结论 护士应重视腰椎间盘突出症的发病,卧床患者多的科室更应注意预防。Abstract: Objective To investigate the incidence of lumbar disc herniation（LDH） in nurses. Methods The incidence of LDH in 230 nurses was investigated using questionnaires. Results The incidence of LDH in 230 nurses was 17.83%.The older the nurses were,the higher the incidence of LDH was.The incidence of LDH was higher in nurses of chief wards than in nurses of general wards. Conclusion Nurses,especially those responsible for more bedridden patients,should pay more attention to LDH.
