Abstract: Objective: To report a case of Multicentric Castleman’s disease （MCD） treated with interferon, the pathogenesis, clinical findings, and therapy were discussed. Methods: We deal with the patient with chemotherapy and interferon α-2a. Results: Interferon is a novel therapeutic method, and the result was satisfactory.
