黄芪总黄酮生物学活性作用的化学成分基础研究

Study of total flavonoids of Astragalus’s biology action on chemical ingredient

  • 摘要: 目的: 通过分离黄芪总黄酮(total flavonoids of Astragalus,TFA)所含主要化学成分和分析其组合比例,探讨TFA生物学活性的作用机制。方法: 应用不同柱层析分离和光谱鉴定等技术对TFA进行分离,鉴定所得化合物的化学结构,计算各主要成分的组合比例。结果: 从TFA中分离得到6个化合物,经光谱分析分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、芒柄花素(2)、毛蕊异黄酮(3)、β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、芒柄花素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),经计算这六种化合物在TFA分离出的单体化合物中重量组合比例为23∶11∶12∶3∶22∶29。结论: TFA中主要含有6种化合物,这6种化合物的有机组合比例可能是TFA具有多种生物学活性的物质基础。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the main chemical structures and its proportion for understand the mechanism action of total flavonoids of Astragalus(TFA). Methods: The chemical fractions of TFA have been separated by different type column.The chemical structures have been identified. Meanwhile,the proportions of all chemicals from TFA have been calculated.(Results: Six) single chemical from TFA have been identified.There was β-sitosterol(1),formononetin(2),calycosin(3),daucosterol(4),formononetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5) and calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6).The proportion of the six chemicals was 23∶11∶12∶3∶22∶29. Conclusion: TFA is a mixture which contains six main chemicals.The potential biological activity actions were related with the special proportions of the six chemicals.
