Abstract:
Objective: To find out the distribution of Fibronectin and Laminin in cryopreserved skins and investigate the relationship with cryoinjury.
Methods: Immunohistochemical staining with antibodies of Fibronectin (FN) and Laminin (LN) and Histopathological observation studied 5 groups of skins.
Results: Comparing to the normal human skin, the histologieal structure and FN,LN level of skins stored at-196t in H anti-frozen liquid did not change significantly, while those in groups kept in 4℃, -20℃, -80℃ were destroyed.
Conclusion: The skin cryoinjury is correlated with extracellular matrix.
