Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the inhibitory effect of Acanthopanax senticosus injection on the growth of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells.MethodsMTT assay was used to determine the growth of lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells and inhibitory rates of Acanthopanax senticosus injection at different concentrations,and to observe the change in cell shape under an inverted microscope.ResultsAcanthopanax senticosus injection at a higher concentration had a stronger inhibitory effect on the growth of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells,longer action time,and a better dose-effect and time-effect relation.Apoptosis of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells was found during morphological observations.ConclusionAcanthopanax senticosus injection has a stronger inhibitory effect on the growth of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells.
