Abstract: Afferent Iine-shape migration of radiotracer was observed with r-camera after subcutaneous injection of ^99MMTcO₄ at various acupuncture points. The migrations follow the pathways of meridium on body surface, bearing some characteristics different fron those of blood and lymphatic flow, but similar to the descriptions in traditional chinese medicine about meridium. Therefore, it proves to be promising to expand the experimental use of radionuclide to human meridian research.
