支持钢板结合单皮质固定LCP系统在AO41-C类骨折中的应用

Application of locked screw only penetrates one side cortical bone in treatment of type AO41-C fracture

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨单皮质钉锁定加压钢板系统在AO41-C类骨折中的应用。方法:2003年1月2005年12月,手术治疗36例按AO分型为C型胫骨平台骨折的患者,其中C1型17例,C2型14例,C3型5例,均行双侧钢板内固定,至少一侧为AO的LCP内固定系统,除2例开放骨折外,都采用双切口。结果:36例均得到随访,随访时间8个月2年8个月。按Merchant标准综合评分,优良率89%,所有患者患膝活动度都超过90,°90°120°11例。其余的都超过120°。结论:LCP系统并配合双切口治疗AO41-C类骨折中,在减少术中软组织损伤、提高关节面复位水平以及为骨折提供优良的稳定性方面有着很大的优势。

     

    Abstract: Objective:To discuss the application of LCP(The locked screw only penetrates one side cortical bone) in treatment of type AO41-C fracture.Methods: From January,2003 to December,2005,we treated 36 patients who were diagnosed C-type fracture of tibial plateau according to AO principle.Among those patients,17 persons were type C1,14 persons were type C2 and 5 persons were type C3.They were all treated with double anatomic plates.Between two plates,one was locking compression plate at least.Except 2 open fracture cases who were performed the operation via one approach,the others were all performed operation via two approaches.Results: After operation,all patients were followed up.The time of follow-up was between 8 to 30 months.According to the principle of Merchant’s evaluation,the rate of excellence and good was 89%.The range of knee motion of the patients was more than 90 degree.Among them,11 cases were from 90 to 120 degree and the others were more than 120 degree.Conclusions: it will reduce the injury of soft tissue,be smoother to surface of articulation and supply a more strong stabilization by using LCP to treat type AO41-C fracture via two approaches.
