Abstract: To find and analyze the intractable problems which were about rules,staff,technology and infection control in temporary CRRT care unit of the general hospital in earthquake disaster area.By means of carrying out the rules,optimizing the human resource,focusing on the professional education and intensive infection control,the clinical nurse practice had been quality and the administration had been effective.
