摘要: 本文研究6条杂种犬在常温、轻度血液稀释条件下,采用静脉—静脉径路长时间部分体外循环经膜肺支持呼吸时血液流变指标的变化情况,发现在体外转流过程中,大多数指标呈改善的趋势,但红细胞的变形能力有恶化的倾向。提示在体外转流过程中,应该采取一些改善红细胞变形能力的措施。Abstract: The changes of hemorheologic parmeters were observed during venovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in six mongrel dogs. Normal body temperature maintanied and only slight hemodilution was used during the procedures. Blood viscosity, red blood cell aggregation and blood yield stress fell along with time in all dogs. However, red blood cell deformability was found to be increasing. This defect may result in microcirculation disorder. To miniminize the blood trauma, the quality of artificial devices need to be perfected. And cautions should be taken during the practical procedure.
