甲状腺素和胰岛素提高肿瘤细胞化疗敏感性的实验研究

The experiment of the advancing chemosensitization by triiodothyronine and insulin

摘要: 目的：研究甲状腺素和胰岛素对肿瘤细胞化疗的增敏作用。方法：MTT比色法。结果：①T₃作用后能提高Vp-16对PLA-801D的抑制率，T₃对DDP无增敏作用；②胰岛素作用后能提高Vp-16及DDP对PLA-801D的抑制率。结论：甲状腺素和胰岛素有一定增敏作用。

Abstract: Objective: In this study，we investigated the effects of triiodothyronine (T3) and insulin on drug sensitivity of Vp-16 and DDP to PLA-801D in-vitro．Methods: MTT assay．Results: 1.T3 was found to enhance significantly the anticancer activities of Vp-16，but it could not sensitize PLA-801D to DDP；2.Insulin could markedly advance the sensitivity of Vp-16 and DDP to PLA-801D．Conclusion: T3 and insulin could advance chemosensitization to some extent．
