摘要: 目的：为医院管理和决策提供更好的统计信息服务。方法：根据医院管理需求制订设计的原则和方法。结果：①对医院管理统计信息进行分类；②设计医院管理统计信息框架；③探讨了医疗管理、经济管理和物资管理、医疗质量综合评价和医疗改革统计信息。结论：医院管理统计信息是医院管理的重要方法。

Abstract: Objective：In order to supply better service to statistic information in hospital management and decision. Methods：In light of the requirement of hospital management，the paper of fers the principle and methods of the designing.Results：（1）The statistic information in hospital management was classified.（2）The framework of statistic information of hospital management was designed.（3） The statistic information about the medical management，economic management and material management，evaluation of medical quality and medical reformation was discussed.Conclusion：statistic information of hospital management is one of the important methods in the hospital management.
