Abstract: This text studied the role and value of health technology assessment （HTA）as it is applied to hospital management. Analyzed the HTA to take the gauge of the management of medical technology in hospitals, with the relation that the management of drug policies of the hospital, the medical equipment and the renewal of large-scale facilities in medical institutions. HTA affects the clinical medical treatment fulfillment of the hospital,HTA plays a key role and is of great value in hospital management.
