灯盏花素对肝脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用

摘要: 目的: 研究灯盏花素对兔肝缺血再灌注损伤脂质过氧化的保护作用。方法: 健康家兔16只,复制肝缺血再灌注损伤模型。随机分为对照组和灯盏花素用药组,每组8只。观察缺血再灌注60m in时肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和肝脏组织细胞形态学的变化。结果: 灯盏花用药组的SOD和MDA与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),肝组织细胞形态学变化明显减轻。结论: 灯盏花素能通过抑制氧自由基的生成,增强氧自由基的清除,对肝缺血再灌注损伤起着良好的抗脂质过氧化作用。Abstract: Objective: To explor the effect of breviscapine(Bre) on lipid peroxidation in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI).Methods: The HIRI model was used.Sixteen rabbits were randomly divided into control group(n=8) and Bre group(n=8).The superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,malondialdehyde(MDA) content in hepatic tissue were observed,and obsvered the cell structure of the liver microscope at reperfusion 60 min.Results: The SOD activity and MDA content of Bre group,as compared with control group,showed significant differences(P<0.01).The change of the cell structure in Bre group is lighter than in the control group.Conclusion: Bre has notable anti-lipid peroxidation effect on HIRI,which is due to its inhibiting the generation of oxygen free radicals and its strengthening scavenging of oxygen free radicals.liver;reperfusion injury;superoxide dismutase;malondialdehyde;drugs,chinese nerbal
