从发热患者心态看人文关怀的必要性

The necessity of taking care of patients with fever from the view of psychology during SARS situation

摘要: 笔者在北京SARS流行期间，对发热门诊的患者进行调查，发现发热患者普遍存在焦虑、恐慌。针对这类患者，采取不同的措施给予人文关怀，收到良好的效果。对发热患者给予充分的人文关怀是筛查SARS患者、治疗疾病、控制疫情、消除恐慌、稳定社会的有效措施。

Abstract: The patients with fever were investigated during SARS epidemic in Beijing.It showed that all patients with fever felt anxious and panic at that time.It is helpful to take care of these patients from the view of psychology not only in distinguishing the SARS patients from the common patients，but also in giving timely treatments，controlling epidemic situation，relieving panic，and stabilizing the society.
