34例舌前腺囊肿的治疗

Treatment of anterior lingual glands cyst of 34 cases

摘要: 目的: 探讨舌前腺解剖及其囊肿的最佳治疗方案。方法: 对34例舌前腺囊肿患者采用在常规手术基础上加以切除同侧或双侧舌前腺治疗舌前腺囊肿。随访1～4年,观察疗效。结果: 34例患者均Ⅰ期愈合,经随访无1例复发。结论: 舌前腺囊肿以手术切除囊肿及同侧或双侧舌前腺为最佳方案且疗效确切。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the anatomy of anterior lingual glands and select the best procedure for treatment on their cysts.Methods:34 cases of anterior lingual gland cyst were surgically removed,accompanied simultaneously by ipsilateral or bilateral adenectomy.The follow-up lasted 1 to 4 years.Results:All patients were healed timely and free of this disease up to the follow-up time.Conclusion:The best procedure for anterior lingual gland cyst was surgically resection with ipsilateral or bilateral adenectomy.
