睾酮对内皮细胞表达细胞因子的影响

Effect of testosterone on expression of cytokines in endothelial cells

  • 摘要: 目的 观察睾酮对人脐静脉内皮细胞表达转化生长因子-β1和血红素加氧酶-1的影响。方法 用ELISA法观察睾酮对内皮细胞表达TGF-β1和HO-1的影响。结果 睾酮在生理浓度(3.0×10-8mol/L)或接近生理浓度下均能促进内皮细胞表达TGF-β1和HO-1的量。两者的表达呈时间(当t=24h达到最理想的分泌量)、浓度依赖关系。结论 生理浓度睾酮或接近生理浓度的睾酮有一定的细胞保护作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of testosterone on expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and hemeoxygenase-1(HO-1)in endothelial cells of human umbilical vein. Methods Effect of testosterone on expression of TGF-β1 and HO-1 in endothelial cells of human umbilical vein was detected by ELISA. Results Testosterone at a physiological concentration of 3.0×10-8mol/L or at an approximately physiological concentration promoted the expression of TGF-β1 and HO-1 in endothelial cells of human umbilical vein in a time-and concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion Testosterone at a physiological concentration or at an approximately physiological concentration promotes the expression of TGF-β1 and HO-1 in endothelial cells of human umbilical vein.
