Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of chlorpro-mazinec(CPZ) combined with cisplatinc(DDP) on human cervical carcinoma cell lines Hela.
Methods: After treatment of Hela cells with different dose of CPZ、 DDP or combination of both for different time, the inhibitory rate of cells was measured by MTT assay.Cell cycle and apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry. The change of cell morphology was observed on different time after medication.
Results: CPZ inhibited the cell proliferation with concentration-and time-dependent.CPZ and DDP could induce respectively the apoptosis of Hela cells and cause G
0/G
1 cell cycle arrest, and this effect of apoptosis induction was increased when combined CPZ with DDP.
Conclusion: CPZ can inhibit proliferation of Hela cell, the coordinative effect is observed by combining CPZ with DDP.
