Abstract:
Objective:A Method of gap junctional intercellular communication about FRTL-5 cell with laser scanning confocal microscope was established.
Methods:After RFTL-5 cell incubated with CFDA-AM, the fluorescence recovery after photobleaching(FRAP) techniques was used
Results:With different dosages of interleukin-1 and tumor necrosis factor-a, FRTL-5 cell's gap junctional intercellular communication were restrained.
Conclusion:The results indicate that it is a sensitive, quick and simple method. in gap junctional intercellular communication research.
