Abstract: Serial observation of Pallas Pit Viper venom "Xiao Shuanling" treatment in 35 CT-roved acute brain infarctive cases were analized and was compared with 32 cases of control roup for Dextran therapy.10 coagulative and fibrinolytic indices were serially observed before nd after first venom transfusion. The immediate theraputic efficacy were 97.5% and 87.5% for enom and control group respectively. it took 9 injections and 18 days for venom group to btain ighest efficacy, while 30 injections and 30 days for the control （P＜0.001）.Paper also showed hat the total efficacy was closedly related to the clinical severity and plasma FbG and FDP alue."xiao Shuanling" is rather efficent and safe for cerebral thrombosis therapy.
