血清肿瘤标志物CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1联合检测在肺癌鉴别诊断中的价值

Clinical value of CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 combined detection in differential diagnosis of lung cancer

  • 摘要: 目的: 研究肺癌及肺部良性疾病患者血清CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1的水平,探讨其在肺癌鉴别诊断中的价值。方法: 检测122例肺癌和37例良性肺病患者血清中CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1的水平。结果: 肺癌组CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1测定值明显高于肺良性病变组(P<0.05),3项联合检测的灵敏度为51.64%,明显优于单项检测。3项肿瘤标记物测定水平和灵敏度与病理类型有关;血CEA以腺癌最高;血NSE以小细胞肺癌最高;血CY-FRA 21-1以鳞癌最高。结论: 3项肿瘤标记物联合检测有利于肺癌的鉴别诊断。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the level of serum CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1between lung cancer and benign lung disease,and to evaluate clinical differential diagnostic value of combined detection of serum CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 in patients with Lung cancer. Methods: CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 were assayed in 122 patients with lung cancer and 37 patients with benign lung disease. Results: The serum levels of CEA、CYFRA21-1 in patients with lung cancer were significant higher than those with benign lung disease(P<0.05).The sensitivity of the combined determination containing the three tumor markers were(51.64%),being higher than other in diagnosis for lung cancer.The level of serum and the sensitivity of CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 were related to pathology type.The highest level of CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 were adenocarcinoma,small cell carcinoma and squamous carcinoma respectively. Conclusion: Serum level of CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 combined detection in the diagnosing of lung cancer is helpful in clinical differential diagnosis.
