犬肝热缺血后肝储备功能检测的研究

Measure of Hepatic FunctiOnal Reserve in Dogs with Warm Liverlschemia

摘要: 以急性犬肝热缺血为肝损伤模型,动态检测吲哚青绿15分钟潴留率(ICGR15)、精氨酸清除率(Arg-CR)、利多卡因代谢(LID)及常规肝功能的变化。实验结果表明犬肝热缺血30分、60分钟后常规肝功能变化不明显。ICGR15、Arg-CR及LID差异显著(P<0.01)。ICGR15与Arg-CR、LID有明显的相关性。说明ICGR15、Arg-CR、LID是反映肝脏储备功能状态的灵敏及可靠的指标。

Abstract: warm liver ischemia was experimental made on 15 dogs through temporary ligationof hepatoduodenal ligament for 30, 60 minutes and sham operations. There were no significantchanges of routine liver functlon tests, there were signifi-cant changes of ICGR15, arginine cle-arance rate（Aeg-CR） and lidocanine metabolism（LID） among the three groups. Arg-GR and LIDcorrelated well with ICGR15. It was demoils-trated that ICGR15, Arg-CR and LID can predictliver functional reserve.
