红外线对大鼠睾丸生殖功能的影响

摘要: 目的: 研究红外线对雄性大鼠生殖功能的影响。方法: 采用不同波段的红外线对大鼠的睾丸局部照射,并与对照组进行比较,研究不同组别睾酮、与雄鼠配对的雌鼠的妊娠率、睾丸光镜结构的改变等指标。结果: 各组睾酮无显著性差异(P>0.05),实验各组的睾酮在停照后1周与停照后4周睾酮无显著性差异(P>0.05);实验各组相配对的雌鼠的妊娠率与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组中IRB组与IRA组、IRC组比较(P<0.05);光镜观察,实验组大鼠的睾丸生精小管有不同程度的破坏,IRB组最重,停照4周后各组睾丸生精小管结构恢复正常。结论: 红外线对雄性大鼠生殖功能有影响,中波红外线影响最大,适量照射对睾丸生精小管的破坏是可逆的。Abstract: Objective: Studies on the effects of infrared rays radiation on the testicles in rats. Methods: By using different wave infra-red rays radiation on the testicles in rats,Study the testosterone of differentgroup,pregnancy rate of matching female rats and the light structure of testicles. Results: There is not significant difference with testosterone of every group(P>0.05);The pregnancy rates of matching female rats with different wave infra-red rays radiation are obvious lower than the control group.The pregnancy rate of IRB group is lowest;The rats’ tubulus seminiferi contorti of test groups were damaged,particular the group of IRB.They can recover after 4 weeks. Conclusion: Infra-red radiation could have an effect on the testicles in rats.
