不同程度溶血对常规生化检验结果影响的探讨

The observation to different hemolysis influence to biochemistry assays results

  • 摘要: 目的: 探讨血液样品溶血对生化检验结果的影响。方法: 取30份血液样品,分为轻度溶血(Hb浓度为0.8~3.0 g/L)、中度溶血(Hb浓度为3.1~5.0 g/L)、重度溶血(Hb浓度为大于5.0 g/L)三组,分别比较溶血前后血清中32项生化指标变化,分析仪器为日立7600全自动生化分析仪。结果: 溶血除对ALP、GGT、LDL-C、TG、APOA-1、APOB结果无明显变化,其余26项生化指标均受到不同程度的影响。结论: 溶血可导致多项生化指标测定结果的明显改变,且随溶血程度的增加,测定结果所受影响加剧,因此血液样品应严防溶血。

     

    Abstract: Objective: to explore the influence of hemolysis to results of serum biochemistry assays.Methods:30 blood samples have been used which divided into three groups,including slight hemolysis(hemoglobin concentration was 0.8~3.0 g/L),medium hemolysis(hemoglobin concentration was 3.1~5.0 g/L),severe hemolysis(hemoglobin concentration was more than 5.0 g/L).32 biochemistry parameters of serum with hemolysis and without hemolysis have been measured in parallel.ROCHE/HITACHI 7600 automatic biochemistry analyzer have been used for all of the tests.Results:Except ALP,GGT,LDL-C,TG,APOA-1,APOB,the results of other 26 biochemistry parameters had been interfered by hemolysis of the sample.(Conclusion:Hemolysis) could cause obvious false results of the serum biochemical parameters in hemoglobin dependent manner so that the hemolysis of sample have to be avoid in clinical work.
