摘要: 目的: 构建髋臼骨缺损和带翼髋臼翻修假体模型三维模型。方法: 根据成年人CT扫描数据,利用Unigraphics软件手工提取边界,重建骨盆和带翼髋臼翻修假体三维模型,并人工制造骨缺损。结果: 建立了不同假体内与骨盆髋臼结合的三维模型。结论: 下一步根据髋臼所受到的载荷,加载在髋臼的模型上,进行有限元分析。Abstract: Objective: To Construction of three-dimensional model of acetabular bone defect and revision implant. Methods: A 3D pelvic model was constructed by Unigraphics18.0 software based on CT data of healthy individual. Acetabular bone defect had been created artificially as well as 3D revision implant model with the help of Unigraphics software.Results: Integral 3D models was constructed by combining pelvic unit with different implants.Conclusion: Next study is to simulate biomechanical stress upon acetabulum and to perform finite element analysis and obtain optimum status of implant.
