HPLC-UV法测定箭羽糖康片中芒果苷的含量

Measurement of mangiferin level in Jianyu tangkang tablets with HPLC-UV

摘要: 目的建立箭羽糖康片质量控制方法。方法采用HPLC-UV法测定箭羽糖康片中芒果苷的含量,流动相为乙腈-水(12∶88),用0.85%的磷酸调pH至2.85,流速0.8ml/min,检测波长258nm。柱温30℃。结果芒果苷在3.9-390μg/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。样品平均回收率为97.718%,RSD为0.92%。结论建立HPLC-UV法测定箭羽糖康片中的芒果苷含量,方法简便准确,灵敏度高,能有效地控制制剂质量。

Abstract: Objective To establish the quality control method of Jianyu tangkang tablets. Methods HPLC-UV was used to measure the mangiferin level in Jianyu tangkang tablets on a C18-ODS column （250mm×4.6mm, 5μm） at the mobile phase of acetonitrile and water （12∶88, pH=2.85）, with a detection wavelength of 258nm, a flow rate of 0.8ml/min, and a column temperature of 30℃. Results A good linear relationship was observed when the mangiferin level was 3.9-390μg/ml（r=0.999 9）. The average recovery rate of samples was 97.718%（RSD=0.92%）. Conclusion HPLC-UV is a simple, rapid, accurate, and sensitive method, which can effectively control the quality of Jianyu tangkang tablets.
