非小细胞肺癌p16蛋白表达研究

The study of p16 protein expression in non-small cell lung cancers

摘要: 目的:分析非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)及癌周正常肺组织p16蛋白表达情况。方法:运用免疫组化方法检测40例肺癌标本及周围正常肺组织中p16蛋白的表达情况。结果:肺癌组织p16蛋白表达降低率(65%)与其周围正常肺组织(20%)有明显差异(P<0.01)。非小细胞肺癌各亚型之间p16蛋白表达降低率没有差异(P>0.01)。低分化鳞癌p16蛋白表达降低率(100%)明显高于高中分化鳞癌(63%,P<0.01),低分化腺癌p16蛋白表达降低率(100%)亦明显高于高中分化腺癌(33%,P<0.01)。结论:p16蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达明显低于正常肺组织。

Abstract: Objective: To study p16 expression in non-small cell lung cancers（NSCLC）. Methods: 40 NSCLC and its surrounding normal lung tissure were chosed to study the p16 expression with the method of immunohistochemistry. Results: Obviouse difference of p16 expression was found between NSCLC and normal lung tissure （P＜0.01）.There was no difference of p16 expression between subtypes of NSCLC（P ＞ 0.01）.The p16 expression of Low differenciate squamouse cell Ca was much lower than that of high and middle ones（P＜0.01）, the p16 expression of Low differenciate adenocarcinoma was much lower than that of high and middle ones（P＜0.01）. Conclusion: The p16 protein expression of NSCLC was much lower than that of normal lung tissure.
