半月板相关间接测量指标的匹配性探讨

Matching of indirect meniscus measurement indexes

  • 摘要: 目的 筛选简便、可靠的半月板匹配性测量方法。方法 选取新鲜人右膝关节标本6具,随机编号,分别行X线、MRI检查,采用UniSight系统进行半月板相关间接指标测量。随后去除软组织,离断膝关节,进行半月板相关间接指标解剖学测量。间接测量指标5项:胫骨平台冠状径(CWTP)、内侧胫骨平台冠状径(CWMTP)、内侧胫骨平台矢状径(SWMTP)、外侧胫骨平台冠状径(CWLTP)、外侧胫骨平台矢状径(SWLTP),并进行统计学分析。结果 胫骨平台冠状径、内/外侧胫骨平台矢状径等间接测量指标变异系数小,内/外侧胫骨平台冠状径等指标变异系数大。MRI测量值与解剖学测量值相同或相近,优于X线测量。结论 胫骨平台冠状径、内/外侧胫骨平台矢状径的MRI测量可作为半月板移植的匹配性测量指标,内/外侧胫骨平台冠状径等指标可作为半月板匹配性测量的参考指标。

     

    Abstract: Objective To screen simple and reliable meniscal matching measurement. Methods Six randomly numbered fresh human right knees underwent X-ray and MRI examination.The anatomic indexes of menisci were measured after the soft tissue was removed and the knee was isolated.Five indirect indexes of menisci(CWTP,SWMTP,SWLTP,CWMTP,and CWLTP) were measured by X-ray and MRI using the UniSight Version 4.2b system and analyzed using the CHISS2006 statistics software. Results The indexes of CWTP,SWMTP,SWLTP measured by MRI were stable and repeatable.The indexes of CWMTP,CWLTP were instable and inaccurate compared to those of anatomy. Conclusion The indexes of CWTP,SWMTP,SWLTP measured by MRI can be accepted as standard meniscal matching measurements for allograft.
