Abstract: This paper mainly discussed several problems existing in the object of health technology assessment（HTA） and health technology permission,methodology of HTA and influence on health policy.The paper also brought forward that assessing subject and object of medical behaviors should be paid more attention to,priority setting and assessment of society adaptability should be strengthened and influence on decision-making of health policy should be reinforced.By these efforts,we can continually improve on system of HTA and health technology permission in China and promote scientificity and standardization in health policy-making.
