11例SARS患者多脏器损伤临床分析

The clinical analysis of eleven SARS patient's multiple organ injury

摘要: 目的:探讨SARS对人体造成的多脏器损伤，进一步加深我们对SARS的认识。方法:对我院今年4月收治的11例SARS患者进行回顾性研究、分析。结果:11例SARS患者出现呼吸系统损伤；8例出现血液系统损伤；6例出现肝脏损伤；3例出现内分泌系统损伤；3例出现泌尿系统损伤。结论: SARS病毒不同于一般的呼吸道病毒，主要引起肺部损伤，多较严重，同时伴有其他多脏器损伤，但多较轻微，为可逆性。

Abstract: Objective:Discuss the multiple organ injury that the SARS bring about to patients，and recognize the SARS further Methods:Review the eleven SARS inpatients of our hospital in April this year.Results:All of the eleven patients had respiration system injury；eight patients had blood system injury；six patients had liver injury；three patients had incretion system injury ； three patients had urinary system injury.Conclusion:The SARS virus is different from ordinary respiration virus，it can cause serious lung injury mostly.At the same time，it can cause multiple organ injury，but this injury is often gentle and reversible.
