67例肺不张纤维支气管镜检查结果分析

Analysis of the Results of Fibrobronchoscopic Examination for 67 Cases with Atelectasis

摘要: 本文报告67例肺不张患者纤维支气管镜（纤支镜）检查结果。肺癌24例，占35.8%；炎症39例，占58.2%（其中4例有碳末沉积）；结核2例，占2.98%；痰阻2例，占2.98%。肺不张部位以右肺中叶最常见，32例占47.8%。

Abstract: The results of fibrobronchoscopy for 67 cases with ateleclasis were reported in this article. They were 24 lung cancers（35.8%）,39 pulmonary inflammations（58.2%）,2 tuberculosis（2.98%）and 2 obstructions by sputum 2.98%).Most common region of atelectasis is the middle lober of the right lung.
