Abstract: Objective: To prepare and identify the hybridome clones of monoclonal antibody of alginate. Methods: The spleen cell was obtained from BALB/C by programmed immunization, and then was fused with myeloma cell line SP2/0. The positive clones were obtained by ELISA method. Antibody was detected by double agar gel immune diffusion test and ELISA. Results: Two kinds of hybridome clones of monoclonal antibody of alginate was obtained, which secrete IgM or IgG respectively.
