胎肝移植治疗小儿白血病4例

Fetal liver transplantation （FLT） in four children with acute leukemia

摘要: 本文报告4例急性白血病患几经胎肝造血干细胞移植(FLT)的疗效。4例均经过大剂量化疗及全身放疗预处理,移植后平均39.5天恢复造血功能,3例有短期植活证据,2例持续完缓超过2年,最长3年8月。对存在问题也进行了讨论。

Abstract: This paper reported 4 patients with acute leukemia treated with FLT. All of them had haematopoietic recovery. In 3 patients, there was evidence of engraftment and 2 patients showed complete remissions （CR） lasting from 25-44 months. The clinical outcome in these patients shows that FLT is an effective treatment for acute leukemia.
