Abstract: Objective: To investigate the technique of completely casting fixed bridge or network bridge, which were applied to the residual root or crown in the mouth of the elderly. Methods: Using the technique of completely casting fixed denture. Results: On the surface of the bridge, we have used many kinds of materials such as porcelain, resin, metal photocuring resin. All of them are according to the situation in the mouth. During the manufacturing process, we paid special attention to every steps. We disigned many kinds of retainer to preventing the restorative material from dropping off the bridge. We embedded the wax patterns with a kind of one layer of embedding material, which cna decrease the contract of alloy. And we always kept the occlusal balance.Conclusion: The follow-up patients included from 6 months to 3 years. All of them satisfied with their dentures. This technique is worth to being used for the elders in the future.
