Abstract: As a basic support platform,laboratory animal centre plays an important role in scientific research of a large hospital.Based on the current conditions of The Laboratory Animal Centre in our hospital,its problems and difficulties were analyzed in this paper and its management was studied in terms of its innovative management model,training of its professional staff,and conduction of scientific research.
