气管内双氢埃托啡麻醉的初步探讨

Endobronchial dihydroetorphine anesthesia

  • Abstract: Endobronchial dihydroetorphine was put into practice recently, the result was fairly satisfactory compared with our former experience of 500 cases by intravenous route. With self-matched measurements after alternative incremental doses, it was shown that broncho-pulmonary absorption was good with less respiratory depression and slower onset of action besides hemodynamic stability. The simpler application may favor its furure use in mass casuatly. To our knowledge, so far this report may be the first trial on potent synthetic narcotic given endobronchsally to perform adequate anesthesia.
