单克隆抗体及醋酸纤维薄膜电泳法在肺癌血清学诊断上的应用

  • 摘要: 肺癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。为提高肺癌的诊治率,我们对肺癌血清学的诊断方法不断进行研究、改进,以期建立一种操作简便,结果可信、肺癌检出率高的检查方法。本文采用组合单克隆抗体,经醋酸纤维薄膜电泳法,对70例肺癌患者血清及100例正常人血清进行了检测。结果显示,肺癌血清中癌相关抗原的检出率为83%,正常人血清组的假阳性率为10%,误诊率小于30%,故此方法有诊断应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers in our country. We constantlystudy to improve the diagnostic methods of lung cancer in order to establish a simple, reliable andhigh detection method. In this paper 70 cases of serum in patient with lung cancer and 100 cases of serum in normal individual were detected by electrophoresis and enzyme staining using monocl-onal antibodies by “cock-tail”. The results showed that the positive rate of tumor associated antigen(TAA) in the lung cancer cases was 83% while positive rate of TAA in the normal individual was l0%. The diagnostic mistake rate(false negative rate plus false positive rate) was less than 3o%. Therefore it is an useful method to serological diagnosis in lung cancer.
