经静脉心肌造影二次谐波成像对犬心肌灌注的实验研究

Study on myocardial perfusion with second harmonic imaging and new intravenous ultrasound agent in dog

  • 摘要: 目的:初步探讨经周围静脉心肌造影二次谐波成像对心肌灌注的应用效果及意义。方法:对10只正常开胸犬经周围静脉注入SHU-508A在二次谐波功能支持下行左室乳头肌短轴切面超声心动图检查,用视频密度仪对造影前后心肌视频密度进行定量分析。结果:造影剂灌注心肌的峰值强度、曲线下面积、时间密度改变及曲线升支斜率均较造影前差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:二次谐波超声心脏成像与声学造影剂结合是新的临床评价心肌灌注情况的安全和有效的诊断方法。

     

    Abstract: Objective: The aim of this study was designed to assess whether second harmonic with SHU-508A would improve left ventricular opacification. Methods: In 10 open chest normal dogs, an intravenous injection of SHU-508A was performed in second harmonic echocardiographic myocardial opacification and compared with pre injection by quantitative assessment of videointensity at short axis views of the papillary museles. Results: the peak intensity、 area under wash in curve、 time of intensity change and slope of wash in curve were significanly higher than the control group (both P<0.05). Conclusion: Second harmomic imaging with transpulmonary ultrasourd contrast agent is a safe and efficient clinical diagnostic toolfor assessing myocardial perfusion.
