Abstract: cases of multiple primary intracranial tumors of different cell types were reported. These tumors were found by MRI and confirmed by histopathological examinations. There were neurofibroma associated with meningioma in 2 cases;pituitary adenoma with meningioma or with cavernous angiomas in 1 case respectively; astrocytoma with angioreticuloma in 1 case and craniopharyngioma with cavernous agiomas in 1 case. Among them, four cases were not associated with neurofibromatosis. The etiology, diagnosis and therapy were discussed.
