复方鱼肝油滴鼻液的制备与疗效观察

Preparation and clinical observation of compound morrhuate nasal drops

摘要: 目的:制备复方鱼肝油滴鼻液并观察其临床疗效。方法:对该制剂的处方组成、制备工艺、质量控制方法、稳定性、刺激性方面分别进行试验与总结,并与复方薄荷脑滴鼻液进行对照治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:该制剂质量控制方法准确可行,稳定性良好;实验动物应用本品后,鼻黏膜无红肿、充血现象发生;治疗干燥性鼻炎和萎缩性鼻炎总有效率分别为100%和95.8%,明显高于对照组(88.9%和85.4%)。结论:复方鱼肝油滴鼻液配方合理,制备简便,疗效确切,无不良反应。

Abstract: Objective:To prepare compound morrhuate nasaldrops and to obverse their clinical therapeutic effects.Methods: The formulation,preparation technology,quality control,stability,excitant were assayed and analyzed.And compare the clinical trial with compound menthol nasal-drops.Results: The quality of compound morrhuate nasal-drops could be controlled,There was no red and swollen,congest on rhinal mucous membrane.The total utility rates（100% and 95.8%） on siccate rhinitis and atrophic rhinitis were significantly higher than that of control groups（88.9% and 85.4%）.Conclusion: The formula of compound morrhuate nasal-drops is well acceptable with no adverse effects.
