Gas-Fluid exchange and prone position of patients were taken place until the bubbles absorbed. No encircling buckle, no diathermy, cryotherapy or photocoagulation was used. the retinal reattached in 17 cases (94.4%) with the follow-up period of 6 months or more. We belive that this method is technically easy. Appears relatively good function of the central retina and much safer than previously described methods.
