骨科病区抗菌药物使用调查及分析

Investigation and analysis of use of antibiotics in department of orthopedics

摘要: 目的了解骨科患者抗菌药物的应用情况,指导抗菌药物的合理应用。方法随机抽取2009年6-8月489例骨科住院患者病历,对抗菌药物使用品种、用药频度、联合用药、使用方法等进行统计分析。结果在489例病历中有462例使用了抗菌药,用于预防感染334例(72.29%),用于治疗128例(27.71%);单一用药234例(50.65%),二联用药165例(35.71%),三联用药44例(9.52%)。其中24例做了药敏实验(5.19%)。结论应加强抗菌药物的应用管理,规范临床用药。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the use of antibiotics in department of antibiotics for their rational use. Methods Medical histories of 489 patients treated in department of orthopedics from June to August 2009 were randomly selected to analyze the use of antibiotics,DDDs,drug combination,methods of medication,etc. Results Antibiotics were used in 462 of the 489 patients.Among these 462 patients,antibiotics were used in prevention of infection and treatment in 334 and 128 patients,respectively.A single,2 and 3 antibiotics were used in 234（50.65%）,165（35.71%）,and 44（9.52%） patients,respectively.Drug sensitivity test was performed in 24 patients（5.19%）. Conclusion The management of antibiotics should be strengthened and standards should made for the clinical use of antibiotics.
