镍钛记忆合金气管内植入的基础研究

Biocompatibility of nitinol alloy as an endotracheal implant material

  • 摘要: 镍钛记忆合金是一种优良的生物材料,但在腔道内应用的基础研究较少。本文报告了该合金植入气管内6个月的基础研究。结果表明:对局部组织无损害,炎症反应轻,合金丝逐渐被新生的纤维包膜包绕和新生柱状上皮覆盖。未见变色、腐蚀及细胞毒性现象。具有优良的生物相容性和耐腐蚀性能,是一种较理想的腔道内植入材料

     

    Abstract: Nitinol alloy has been widely used as an implant material. However as an endoluminal implant material, more studies on its biocompatibility should be done. The authors reported this study on endotracheal implantation of nitinol alloy. The results showed that there were no evidence of either generalized or localized corrosion on the surface of all 10 specimens over a period of 1 to 6 months, the shape-memory property remained unchanged. The specimens were gradually surrounded by fibrous capsules and covered by regenerated ciliated epithelium. The nickel concentration was not significantly increased in the liver, heart and trachea. It is suggested that nitinol alloy is an ideal endoluminal implant material.
