Abstract:
Objective:this study was sttempted to clarify the effects of the escharectomy during burn shock stage on hypermetabolism.
Methods:The plasma neuro-endocrine hormone,LPS, TNF-α,bacterial quantitative analysis in the undereschar tissue and body weight were determined early period after burn injury.
Results:The escharectomy during burn shock stage did not cause the increase of catabolic hormone but effectively droped the contents of both plasma LPS and TNF-α.
Conclusion:Escharectomy during burn shock stage reduced in hypermetabolic response, superior to the routine model.
