Abstract: Pathological diagnosis,the core of all diagnostic tools,supplies the most important evidence for the clinical diagnosis,surgical areas,treatment and prognosis,and plays an irreplaceable role in clinical medicine.Introduction of the information system to the quality control in department of pathology will bring it into full play in diagnosis and record management,thus improving the pathological diagnosis level in clinical patients.
